Program Overview | The Corporate Risk Development Program is a professional development rotational program that provides participants with an orientation to Wells Fargo and a deep understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture through speaking engagements, relevant work assignments and group mentoring. Team members receive coaching and performance feedback sessions, participate in group projects and informative learning sessions with key leaders. It is designed to provide recent college graduates with a blend of business and career developmental training opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences through on-the-job learning and professional development to help you successfully transition from college to corporate life at Wells Fargo.

- Business and Enterprise function-aligned teams including:
- Consumer & Small Business Banking Risk
- Consumer Lending Risk
- Corporate & Investment Banking Risk (Including Market Risk)
- Finance Risk
- Risk-type aligned teams including:
- Compliance Risk
- Corporate Model Risk
- Credit Risk
- Operational Risk
- Strategic Enterprise Risk Management
- Independent Testing & Validation
Responsibilities may include:
- Participating in and providing consulting and support for projects and initiatives with moderate risk
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, lines of business, enterprise risk groups, control teams and risk partners on strategic priorities and execution of initiatives
- Proactively identifying and resolving compliance matters
- Identifying risks and/or gaps through trending analysis and reporting results to stakeholders
- Building and sustaining relationships with peers, partners, and lines of business, both in person and virtual environments
- Effectively research risk problems by determining root cause, establishing priorities, and analyzing different outcomes to recommend appropriate solutions
- Assists in developing and evaluating alternate methods for monitoring data quality to improve accuracy of data issue identification
- Offers credible challenge by recommending or implementing new ideas regarding projects, assignments, or tasks at hand

Required Qualifications, US:
-
BA, BS in any of the following: Business (ex: Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics), STEM (Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Engineering) and Liberal Arts (Economics, English, Psychology, Sociology).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills.
-
Knowledge and or experience in compliance, operational risk of the financial services industry.

Demonstrated interest/experience in manipulating data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics
-
Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment

Intermediate OR Advanced (adjust as needed) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring (Optional to include)

Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
