- Jencap Success Academy (JSA) is a two-year, rotational insurance training program that will give the Trainee full development within all three of our divisions: Bind Authority, Brokerage and Programs depending on the assigned office product offerings.
- The academy will encompass both formal coursework and hands on learning and experiences.
- Each Trainee will engage in a formal rotation program that will allow experiences and on-the job learning to create better skill/job match for their final career assignment within Jencap upon graduation of JSA.
- Over the two-year program, the Trainee will engage with other Jencap employees for team learning and networking opportunities.
- These events will be held in person and virtually. During the two-year program the Trainee will obtain their P&C license and complete the Associates in Surplus Lines three-part professional insurance designation.
Opportunities at any of these locations: Phoenix, AZ (Programs office) ; Alpharetta, GA; Worcester, MA; Eatontown, NJ; Buffalo, NY; Long Island, NY and NYC, NY (Home office).
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business (preferably a bachelor’s degree)
