PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop and manage time and materials (T&M) data input and bill review projects through to completion; to provide training and program support to our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with clients to scope requirements needed for the T&M and bill review process by visiting client project sites and gathering detailed information from third party vendors.
