The Account Services Administrator will provide technical support of client related tasks for the Commercial Insurance Department.
Inputs information into Agency Management System including the following:
New and Renewal Policy Set-Up
Quality Check and Team Updates
Revenue reconciliation for direct bill policies
Conducts Property & Casualty first initial policy check
Work with Surplus Lines to ensure accurate filings by state
Prepares complex invoicing strategy and implementation
Performs basic contract review
Prepares First Notice of Loss reporting and notification box monitoring
Conducts Policy Audit Comparison
Prepares Initial Summary of Insurance
Prepares Schedule of Insurance Updates
Prepares National Flood Determinations and Quotes
Will take the lead on special projects as assigned
Adhere to corporate policies, procedures and culture
Deliver effective client service
Participate in educational and knowledge training sessions and seminars as well as on-line courses as outlined for career advancement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent
Client services experience is preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
