Handle all daily servicing needs of the client including, but not limited to:
1. Account Service:
Handles requests from clients and carriers for policy changes, certificates, invoicing, underwriting information.
Establish and maintain a good business relationship with both clients and company personnel; work with Account Service Representatives to resolve any issues.
Obtain new/renewal information from the clients and carriers.
Assist in preparation and review of applications for submission to carriers.
Prepare and issue binders, certificates, invoices, etc. on new and renewal business.
Basic office duties such as faxing, filing, copying documents.
